IEL: v-cam

I’ve been freelancing with Immersive Enterprise Laboratories (IEL) on set, supporting their real-time animation workflow through directing, story development, and creative problem-solving. My role has been to help shape performances, refine story moments, and bring their vision to life as they prepare for larger projects across film, television, and immersive experiences.

LUKi & the LIghts

I directed LUKi & the Lights, an animated short created to raise awareness for ALS through a story filled with heart, humor, and hope. The project brought together a global team of artists and advocates, using animation to help audiences connect with a difficult subject in a deeply human way. My role was to set the creative vision, screenplay, and story, serve as story supervisor, supervise performances, and provide art direction to bring LUKi’s journey to life on screen. 105 Festivals. 61 Wins.

APPLE Pro tools 

I lead a fast-moving animation development effort across story, design, production, and performance-driven technology. While the details are confidential, our team created 8 original stories and produced over 8,000 storyboards, moving ideas quickly from concept into animatics and production planning. The work also included overseeing visual development, character design, audio sessions, and exploring new pipeline solutions, including developing a creature rig using an Xsens suit that allowed performance controls to connect directly through a hand glove.

Music dreams

I worked on Music Dreams short as a 2D Animation Supervisor, Co-Director, and Producer, helping bring this dialogue-free animated short to life for children and families. Produced by the USC Shoah Foundation’s Willesden Project, the film follows Carlos, a displaced refugee boy in 2021, who discovers magical sheet music that transports him into the past, where he meets Lisa Jura, a young Holocaust survivor who escaped on the Kindertransport.

BOUNCY & Friends

I worked on Bouncy and Friends as an Animation Supervisor and Creative Director, helping manage, direct, and CG supervise a series of three 3D animated shorts and preschool sing-alongs. Created during the pandemic, the project used playful characters, music, and animation to help support young children and reduce anxiety through fun, comforting storytelling. The team brought the world of Bouncy to life in a way that feels joyful, safe, and engaging for kids.

Shaq games

I was the Creative Director on the Shaquille O’Neal game franchise at PLAYSTUDIOS, helping shape the creative direction across mobile and web game experiences. My work included developing story, character, and gameplay moments, writing dialogue, directing motion capture sessions with Shaq, and supervising animation and character pipelines from concept through implementation. As part of a larger live-ops environment, I helped lead teams, supported weekly releases, and brought Shaq’s larger-than-life personality to life in a fun, interactive experience for players.

LEGO UNIVERSE

I worked as an Animator on LEGO Universe, contributing to the character animation and gameplay experience for the online world. I was also the Lead Level Designer for the LUP world, helping concept, design, and build the first playable prototype of what became a gateway space station for player-created content. The world allowed players to step outside the main game experience and explore a diverse, imaginative space station that showcased user-generated creations before that kind of community-driven content was everywhere.

45+ MObile games

I served as an Associate Creative Director and Lead Art Director at PLAYSTUDIOS, overseeing creative teams across mobile, live ops, and web games. I supervised and mentored 15 artists, led one-on-ones and creative sharing sessions, identified skill gaps, and helped develop emerging leaders. Across 45+ mobile and web games, I supported story, animation, character pipelines, vendor direction, and live content production, while recruiting and onboarding new talent. Led R&D for fighting games, endless runner games, and other casual game mechanics. One key accomplishment was revitalizing the web game art team by improving the production processes, moving the department from behind schedule to 4 months ahead of schedule.

nbc universal game

I was the Creative Director for an NBCUniversal game project, leading a team of 12 artists to develop a robust pitch package built around Universal’s expansive 100-year character library. The work included shaping the creative direction, gameplay concepts, game design, story moments, character ideas, and visual development, while guiding the team to explore how iconic Universal characters could translate into a fun, engaging interactive experience.
